The services you already use, in one place.

Nineteen connections today. Each says what it reads, what it may do, and which of those things ask you first. You keep the account; Castald keeps only a sealed key.

Your account, your bill

Every connection is to an account in your name. You pay the supplier directly; Castald never holds an account on your behalf.

Reading is free; acting asks

Reading never changes anything. Sending, paying, unlocking and deleting always come to you first, as one plain line.

Keys stay sealed

Tokens and keys live in the vault, opened in memory for one use at a time. No screen and no tool can read one back.

I. Mail and diary

The post and the calendar, across every account.

Your steward finds what is unanswered, drafts the reply and finds the time. Nothing is sent or booked without your yes.

II. Money

Home Assistant is the house’s device layer: whatever it controls, your steward can see and command, within the rules.

The house, in full

Locks, the alarm, doors and windows, who is home, lights, switches, blinds, heating and media players, live.

Note
The live event link is being agreed with Kenaez. Until then, events arrive every 15 minutes.

New devices, access points that drop, the internet going down. Restarts and guest access wait for your yes.

V. Energy

The cheapest hours, and anything unusual.

Half-hourly prices and usage become the cheapest window for the washing, a line in the brief, and a routine that waits for a low price.

Half-hourly usage, tariff rates, tariff changes and the account balance.

Finds the cheapest hours and spots unusual use.
You need

Nothing. Read only.
You need
Your Graftix organisation and a token from it.
IX. The AI and the voice

Provided from the first day. Yours to replace.

The AI and the voice come with Castald. Bring your own key for any of them, and change it whenever you like.

The model

Provided
Amazon Bedrock, in London.
Your own
Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Mistral, Gemini, or a model you run yourself with Ollama.

Listening and speaking

Listens
Deepgram, streaming.
Speaks
ElevenLabs.
Without keys
Everything works by typing.

Wake word and voices

Wake word
Picovoice Porcupine, on the screen itself.
Voices
Picovoice Eagle recognises enrolled members. Off until each person enrols.
X. Your own

Connect what is not on the list.

Open standards in both directions, under the same rules as everything else.

For developers

MCP servers

Mount any MCP server over HTTP. Its reads run freely, its writes ask first, and anything it marks destructive is refused until you raise it.

Your own tools

Point Castald at your own HTTPS address and it becomes a tool, signed with a secret held in the vault.

Claude and other AI apps

Castald is an MCP server too. Connect an AI app with a proper sign-in; each grant follows one person’s role, and no app is ever given the highest tier.

Alexa

Speak to your steward from any Echo in the house. Small things happen at once; anything that asks first becomes an approval on your phone or the wall.

XI. Not possible, and why

We do not pretend.

Some services offer no sanctioned way in. Castald does not scrape them or borrow your password to get round it.

Personal WhatsApp and iMessage No sanctioned API
iCloud Drive, Notes, Reminders, Photos No public API
Amazon orders No API; read from your order emails
Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok Opened in their own apps
Energy suppliers other than Octopus No public API yet
Ajax and Texecom alarm panels Waiting on API access

A steward for the whole estate.

Tell us a little about your house and your business. We will be in touch.
